| Hi Anyone know of a good solution for hardware monitoring solution that is vendor independant? I know Dell, HP, have software for their hardware but I don't know of any packages that work independent of the hardware vendor. I am looking for a package that can monitor and send hardware alerts such as drive failures, temperature, RAID array status, etc... Thanks |

Thanks for the response but Nagios monitors mostly services, performance, and processes. It does not do much, if any, true hardware monitoring |
